1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Mr.Tripy website, booking a tour package, or contracting visa advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you should discontinue using our services.

2. Tour Bookings & Confirmations

All tour packages are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation. A booking is deemed confirmed once the agreed deposit or full payment has been received and an official Mr.Tripy booking voucher has been issued.

  • Accommodations are provided as detailed in the package itinerary tier.
  • Local sightseeing schedules may occasionally adjust due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen safety considerations.
  • Any special dietary or room accessibility requests must be communicated prior to final departure.

3. Visa Advisory & Consular Decisions Disclaimer

Mr.Tripy operates as an independent professional travel consultancy assisting clients with application preparation, document auditing, and embassy procedures.

Important Consular Notice: The final decision to grant or refuse any visa lies solely and exclusively with the respective sovereign government and its consular officers. Mr.Tripy does not and cannot guarantee visa issuance, as no third party holds authority over sovereign visa adjudications.

Our stated 98.9% success rate reflects historical client approval statistics through diligent pre-screening and compliance auditing.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We maintain fair, transparent cancellation policies:

  • Cancellations 30+ days prior to departure: Full refund minus non-refundable airline/hotel partner deposit charges.
  • Cancellations 15 to 29 days prior: 50% refund of package value.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of departure: Non-refundable due to committed hotel and transport lock-ins.
  • Embassy Visa Fees: Government consular application fees are collected directly by embassies and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passports are valid for at least six (6) months beyond the planned return date, carry all mandatory health/vaccination certificates, and adhere to local laws and customs of destination countries.
